Fall Home Tour 2020
It’s here – it’s here – my fall home tour 2020! Don’t you just love home tours? Me too! And since fall is my very favorite season I get super excited to see homes fallified for Autumn!

Grab a cuppa and come on in to our Meadow Brook Home! I am oh-so-happy that you are here. If you are coming over from Lindi at Love Create Celebrate’s home decked out for Fall, then welcome to Noting Grace!
So if you are new to the whole blog hop thing – let me explain really quickly how it works. It’s a round robin of posts, where you hop from one blog to the next. But this week is extra special, because there are different hops each day!
That means 30 home bloggers with awesome ideas to inspire you!
Isn’t that fun?!
And if you are new to my blog, I Jen and I am all about renewing, creating and decorating our home without breaking the bank. And this Fall Home Tour 2020 definitely fits the bill.
So a few heirloom pumpkins, a table runner and some yarn are all the items I purchased for this year’s fallifying. My goal is create a space that is cozy and comfy, so I repurposed items from last year to usher in my favorite season.
I truly hope you enjoy this home tour, but most importantly, walk away inspired!
Dining Room
So when you first enter my home, you are greeted with our dining room.
Earlier this week, I shared our Fall Pumpkin tablescape that I put together in just 30 minutes.
A mixture of real heirloom pumpkins paired with a few fakers inspired this look. But it needed something else.
So I added hints of faux lamb’s ear and eucalyptus leaves to soften it a bit.
The table settings are all items I already had in my home so it was very easy to pull together.
Kitchen
Off my dining room is our kitchen. And to be completely honest, I didn’t do much in this area.
Our kitchen is off our living room, and when I have one area decked out for the season, sometimes I find that the rooms compete with each other.
So I just added a few hints of fall here and there.
We created a small shelf if our eat in kitchen that displays a few pumpkins but not much more.
So I added some fresh hydrangeas to brighten up the room a bit.
The wreath on the wall is a fall garland I purchased last year that I wrapped around an old wreath form I had on hand.
I think it’s so whimsical and added a nice touch of fall.
You can read all about our Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel in this post.
So right off of the kitchen sits our living room.
My boys like to to call it my Jen Den, since this is mostly where I hang when it’s nothing but video games in our basement family room. But I don’t mind a bit!
Since I wanted to create a cozy theme, I kept with the pumpkins in this room.
I know, I know – I have a lot of pumpkins!

Underneath our DIY Wall Mounted TV Cabinet, I added the same table runner I used in my dining room.
Then I incorporated similar pumpkins that matched the table setting.
So let’s talk about my fall mantel. But can you guess what it has?!
You’re right! Pumpkins!
I have to pat myself on the back that I didn’t go too overboard here!
Last week, I shared a video tutorial on how I made these cute chunky knit yarn covered pumpkins and I love how they look here!
They were so simple to make and I absolutely LOVE the texture!
So while we don’t have a working fireplace, these candles help create a cozy look this season.
On the other side of this room is our sunroom.
And it’s the last room to share for this fall home tour.
Sunroom
This room is my favorite in the house! The sunlight streams in and it’s such a cozy space to relax in.
And since this room is a bit separate from the rest of the house, I did mix up my decor a bit in this room.
Just a few small hints of blue were added.
Since this room is so light and bright, the addition of a deep color helps create a cozy feel.
When we renovated this room last fall, I made sure the room was light and neutral so that I can change out seasonal decor with a few pops of color.
This throw blanket ties everything in together – plaids, tans, creams, oranges with a hint of blue.
It’s just perfect for this room!
So there you have it! Our Fall Home Tour 2020!
Our home all gussied up for fall and ready for the temperatures to come in. Crisp mornings, crunchy leaves and pumpkin spice! Bring it on!
