Simple, cozy and easy to put together. You can create this Fall Pumpkin Tablescape in just 30 minutes for your home.
Pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins!
Looking for an cheapy-easy-peasy way to add some fall flair to your home?
This past weekend, I got my fall on! I had so much fun creating this fun fall tablescape for our home.
I decorated my dining table to help convince the weather to start getting a bit cooler. Hopefully it will listen!
Here’s how I did it.

If you’ve been on my website for at least 10 minutes, then you know that I am ALL about doing things on a budget.
In fact, I rarely buy things at retail prices. Mostly because they are either too high. Or I find I can replicate the look on my own at a much cheaper price!
So I gathered as much decor items from what I had on hand from previous years and only added a few new items.
The only thing purchased for this tablescape were the heirloom pumpkins and that table runner on sale at Hobby Lobby.
I loved the neutral beige of the buffalo check runner and at $9 – I thought it was an awesome deal!
For the centerpiece, I gathered all my pumpkins I had to create this look.
At the end of each holiday season, I always hit the stores for their last chance deals. It’s a great time to purchase the basics at deep discounts. Plus you save oodles of money on home decor!
I started with these round hyacinth chargers. I love the texture of those!
Then I layered a white plate (these came from the dollar tree!) followed by a napkin and a vintage bread plate I found junkin’ a few years back.
These orange napkins and rings were gifted to me from a friend who was moving. They just needed to get rid of their excess decor and I’m all about freebies!
I love the pop of color it adds!
So I softened the look with some faux greenery – lambs ear and eucalyptus leaves.
This entire tablescape took just about 30 minutes to complete and it’s such a casual approach to dining.
We don’t do ‘fancy’ here at the Fancher house.
When I was a little girl, I dreamed of having evening filled with fine dining and dancing. But the reality of it all is that I prefer to be comfy and cozy with my family.
We rarely bring the food to the table. We mostly grab our plates and do a buffet line of dishing up the food. Then we come back to the table to eat.
Maybe once the kids are bit older, we’ll add some pizazz to our lives. But for now, this fits our family perfectly.
A recent addition to our dining room is this vintage record player. Trent’s brother gave it to us complete with the heavy duty 78 records!
The boys love to select the playlist for the meal and we’ll sit and enjoy a rare piece of music we’ve never experienced.
So I hope this helps you with some simple decorating ideas for your fall table.
Don’t be afraid to repurpose last fall’s decor in a new way to create a fun and fresh look.
Later this week, I’ll be sharing a fall home decor tour with a huge group of home decor bloggers and there is tons of inspiration to check out!
It’s gorgeous! I love how you used the punpkins as the centerpiece. Your tablescape is so fun! Thanks for letting me join you this week!
