When you enter our home, the first room you see is our Dining Room.
This year, I opted for a simple tablescape with red tartan plaid as the accent.
Simple but still traditional with the red and green colors.
My favorite piece in this room is our Dining Hutch.
Because vintage tarnished silver is one of my favorite things I love to collect, I had fun adding the greenery to my hutch.
Little bottle brush trees are a new addition to my holiday decor this year and they are so fun to display.
Off the dining room is our kitchen.
We recently updated our kitchen on a dime and I loved adding the wreaths above my dreamy apron front sink.
The red striped ribbon has been so much fun to play with this year.
I added it to these wreaths as well as the wreath next to our eat-in kitchen.
See that cute little coffee bar?
I will be sharing all the details of that nook next week, so be sure to come back to check that out!
Our kitchen overlooks our living room, a space I affectionately call the “Jen Den.”
I call it my Jen Den because, being the only girl in my home, I needed a space where I can sit and watch my favorite BBC shows.
Of course, the red tartan plaid continued in this room.
I added plaid stockings to my Christmas Mantel and just love how cozy it looks.
Opposite the fireplace is our couch and you better believe I cozied it up with some blankets and pops of red.
And see that wall art?
So I’ll let you in on a secret! It actually hides our TV!
I didn’t want the TV to be on display in this room, so my husband Trent built this Wall Mounted TV Cabinet to hide it away.
Isn’t that so cool?
So the last room I’ll share is my favorite room in my home.
I launched our holiday decor this year with Christmas in the Sunroom.
Straying away from the typical green tree, in this room I went with a flocked tree because it just seemed to fit with this three season room.
Of course, I love to light up this tree and sit nearby with a nice cup of coffee.
So that’s my home in a nutshell. But be sure to come back later this week when I’ll be sharing our front porch reveal.
Plus next week, I’ll be sharing a fun coffee and cocoa bar. Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter so you don’t miss those posts.
Thank you again for stopping by and because it’s always fun to make new friends, leave me a comment below! Follow us over on Facebook, Pinterest or Instagram where I share behind the scenes of all our DIYs.

Your house is incredibly beautiful! I love the use of the white platters/plates and the old silver pieces. So many great pieces and also use of natural woods and materials.
