An Easy DIY Spring Pie Plate
Today I’m sharing how I made an Easy DIY Spring Pie Plate for my Kitchen island. It was so cheap, that it literally cost me pennies!
So Spring is coming and I love adding elements of the new season to my decor.
I loved the colors of this plate the minute I found it in the clearance aisle! The soft blues certainly said Spring to me! Here’s what you need to make this Easy DIY pie plate for yourself.
I’m including some affiliate links for your convenience. You can read my full disclosure here.
Easy DIY Spring Pie Plate
Glass Candlestick – easily found at a thrift store
Plate of your Choosing
E6000 Craft Glue
To begin, you just put a little dab of the glue on the candlestick.
Then, you center it to the back of the plate.
It takes about a half hour for it to dry.
That’s it!
Finally, the glue dries clear and stays super sturdy.
Since I found both pieces at my goodwill, I scored a deal! The candlestick was only 99 cents and the plate was 40% off the yellow sticker. I already had the glue on hand, so the grand total was 220 pennies!!
Then I just add a few farmhouse elements from my house. Since I have tons of these little plants on hand from Ikea, they are perfect for farmhouse touches of greenery here and there.
The bird salt shakers were a gift and are constantly moving around my house in different vignettes.
I love this Easy DIY Spring pie plate. Surely a simple way to add fun decor to your home!
