I sit and type this knowing that my season of slothing ends tomorrow.
No more sleeping in and slow starts to the morning.
The hustle and bustle of school begins tomorrow, along with all the craziness that ensues.
That also means that I get back into project mode.
So instead of dreading the proverbial “Monday”, I am choosing something different.
I choose to rest in the gratitude of a wonderful holiday season. Time with my boys, sweet moments with my family, celebrating with joy and thankfulness for the blessings I have.
I hope you are able to find blessings from your holiday season. Some glimmer of hope that you can cling to.
And I hope you enjoy this week’s Welcome Home Sunday post. Lots of looking back into the last year and much excitement for the year to come!
