So something happened this week.

I found my focus!

Well, started to find my focus…

Anyway, I am celebrating that I am actually beginning to get some momentum on some project plans and cannot wait to get started.

If you’ve been following me for the past few weeks, you know that I haven’t been in the best mindspace to take on all the to dos on my list.

So I just gave myself some grace and took a step back for a bit.

But that did not help.

Then all the sayings when through my head:

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.

The secret of getting ahead is getting started.

I could go on, but you get the gist.

So I put on my big girl pants and just. simply. started.

It wasn’t much, but it was something.

And I have slowly been seeing that momentum start to snowball.

So, my friend, if you are in a state of ‘lack of motivation’ – I encourage you to take one small step in the right direction.

All those teeny tiny steps we take get us just a little bit closer to our goal!
