Welcome Home Sunday #21

Here we are at another week for Welcome Home Sunday.

Summer is in full swing here at our house.

Projects and plans for small DIYs are on our to do, but most importantly we are carving out specific time to rest.

This has been a lesson that has taken me years to learn.

I think it is so important to rejuvenate, but I have to say it’s sad that we have to force that relaxation into our schedules.

But we are working on that!

For a while, we were so good to take time to observe the Sabbath. Since moving to this new city, our schedule is still not quite there, but I’m starting to see it fall into place.

Which is why I love the Welcome Home Sunday post.
