Welcome Home Saturday is a weekly digest where a group of home decor bloggers gather and share their DIYs and projects from the week. This is Welcome Home Saturday week 145.
I'm riding the struggle bus, friend.
And it always happens during a room renovation.

We are in the throws of making over our basement family room, and my house is a disaster.
If you were to walk in, you'd find mail, bills, receipts, and boxes in my office.
Since we don't have table in our dining room, that room has become our decor drop zone with rugs, pictures, iron balusters and fabric everywhere.
And to top it all off, as a blogger, we need to prep for Christmas early, so there are bags of Christmas decor in my sunroom.
I'm hanging by my fingertips and I have to say that I'm barely holding it together.
You see, I don't do well with clutter. Dust and dirt are more acceptable to me than piles of stuff and it seems everywhere I look, there's a new pile.
But then...
I have to remind myself that this is just temporary.
If a few weeks, we'll show the big reveal and then everything will be put in it's proper place.
So if you are in the midst of a huge mess, take a deep breath and know that you are not alone and that you will get through it too!
For now, I'm going to escape into these beautiful rooms below.
I am so excited that Anne and AnnMarie from Simply 2 Moms are joining us as guest hosts this week. I LOVE their blog and they have some awesome Thanksgiving tips to share!
