Another week filled with amazing inspiration from talented bloggers. This is Welcome Home Saturday week 141.
The first day of Fall is officially here!
And we had a surprise blessing here in Birmingham.
Cool Weather!
Like, need a jacket to sit outside kind of cold. That is unheard of this time of year.
But this Fall Loving Momma is taking every bit of it she can get!
Last week, I shared how we were tackling our fireplace and we finally got started on this amazing makeover!
I am so excited because we are finally getting gas logs for our fireplace.
We’ve had a gas log lighter in place, but I’m not a fan of real fires – well, actually – the smell of old fires days after they burned.
I have a sensitive sniffer, so we’ve never lit a fire in the 3 years that we’ve been here.
So the gas logs will hopefully arrive next week and then we’ll have them installed! Woot!
And next week is the last roll out of our fall tours we will be sharing.
But then, we start the One Room Challenge again.
This fall, we are taking on our basement family room to create a cozy space for us.
Just you wait – it’s going to be amazing!
