I have been working on myself lately.
When I turned 47 this past October, I thought a great gift to give to myself would be the gift of health.
I started taking better care of my skin, began straightening my teeth using Smile Direct Club and even started eating better.
That last one has had some ups and downs, because it was difficult to find something that would work.
WWs, Keto, Low Carb, Carb Cycling, Calorie Cycling, Counting Macros - you name it - I tried it, but they all stalled after the first few weeks.
My old go to's weren't helping drop the lbs, but I think I finally figured this new, aging body out.
I'm simply counting my calories and practicing Intermittent Fasting on the weeknights.
I'm happy to say I'm down 15 pounds! Woo Hoo!
One thing I'm excited about is our work out room. Right now, it's so ugly and honestly, uninspiring.
So we are planning on giving that room a quick update and you know I'll be sure to share the details with you.
