We took the last week of March off to enjoy Spring break with my boys up in my home state of Kentucky.

And I learned something so important and essential.

You have to take time for yourself.

It took me completely stopping all the spinning plates to realize how stressed I really was!

I need to carve out more time for me to recoup and recharge – which is why a post from earlier this week was perfectly timed!

So if you are in the midst of overwhelm, friend, I hear you!

And know that you are not alone. I plan to dive into ways to manage the overwhelm and hopefully share tips on what I have found to work for our family.
