It’s officially fall home tour season! And today I’m sharing our Living Room. Come see how a few simple colors added a warm, cozy feel to this room in this Amber and Gray Fall Decor Home Tour!

Over the weekend, we saw the first cool mornings here in Birmingham and that made me smile because I knew it was that time of year! It’s rare to have cool temps here in the late summer. But that made me excited to get out my fall décor!

Fall is my favorite season of all.

So I’m sharing some simple ways to add fall decorating to your home that anyone can do!

Grays and Ambers are my favorite colors this season and I’ve had so much fun sprinkling them throughout my home.

Last week, I shared my fall tablescape on our eat-in kitchen’s dining room table that had copper and gray colors. And earlier this month, I started the season by getting our entryway all decked out for the autumn.

And now, it’s time to move into our Living Room!

We recently did a quick Living Room Refresh and added this new sofa to our room and I couldn’t wait to style with all the happy fall colors.

I love to repurpose items from previous years home decor, but this year, I had a few fun new additions.

Like this Tartan Throw Blanket from Target.

I started with that and added some fun throw pillows I found at Walmart from their Better Homes and Gardens collection.

I loved the gray trellis design and the tassels were fun! Plus it’s so soft!

Next I added this fun pumpkin colored pillow.

It was a new pillow from the Hearth and Hand line at Target and it was the perfect pairing that just said cozy to me.

I love to combine various textures that make you want to sit and relax.

Throw pillows are an easy way to add a little bit of color while also creating a cozy fall family room.

Opposite the couch sit some bucket armchairs that are new to us from earlier this year.

I carried out the gray fall decor theme by adding some knit pillows to each chair.

The chunky knit cover feels so nice, especially paired with a fuzzy throw blanket.

And it ties the grays together across the room.

On the hearth, I added one of my recent DIYs.

I made these candle holders from an old bed frame and I love how they look next to the arm chair.

Our vintage crate coffee table got a new look as well. I placed a wood tray on top of the coffee table and used an old wooden munising bowl and filled it with some gray and cream velvet pumpkins.

Next, I added a fun fluted vase in a brilliant shade of amber.

Trent picked out this giant acorn at Hobby Lobby the other day. Of course, I love the texture it added to our table.

One thing you’ll learn about me is that I love to decorate with so many vintage finds.

So I filled my fireplace with tons of vintage goodies!

I started with a tobacco basket to cover the firebox. It’s the perfect statement piece that instantly draws your eye to the fireplace.

Then I added some old crocks from family members to the fireplace mantel.

In the center of the mantel sits a sugar mold topped with cream white pumpkins that I had from last year.

These are just plastic pumpkins but are a perfect addition to any fall seasonal decor.

I filled some of the crocks with faux stems from my craft closet.

Most of these crocks have been passed down to me from my mom, but a few of them, I purchased at estate sales or a thrift store.

But there is one that is by far my favorite.

This vintage crock was my great, great granddaddy’s hooch jug that they found buried in the barn many years after he had gone.

So that must have been the time of the prohibition since it was hidden all those years. It’s a salt glazed jug and is obviously one of my favorite pieces – simply for the story alone!

I placed it on our DIY Unfinished Natural Wood Dresser with some vintage splatterware filled with fall eucalyptus and an amber glass jug that I’ve had for years.

I love how vintage amber bottles look and think they are a great choice for seasonal decorating.

Above the dresser is an old mirror frame that I found for $10 at a garage sale! They aren’t a matching set, but I love how they look paired together.

I placed a rust colored Eucalyptus fall wreath in the center to add to the amber hues throughout the room.

One last piece of crockery that I added is next to our TV Wall Cabinet.

If you haven’t guessed by now, I have a thing for eucalpytus – especially in the fall.

Since I love it so much, I filled this large crock with different colored silver dollar eucalyptus.

This DIY Wall Cabinet Hides our TV, so that we aren’t staring at that ugly black box on the wall.

I filled the frames with some vintage tree pencil drawings. You can get access to my free printables here!

This vintage radio is a new addition for our home.

Trent was helping his Dad clean out the attic and this was tucked away. What a find!

So we placed it on the shelf that sits under our TV Cabinet.

I filled the shelf with old books and other rusty vintage items to carry out the amber color theme.

So that’s it for this living room tour!

I hope you enjoyed seeing our home all decked out for the season.

Now if we could get the temperatures to cooperate!
